What are the indicative franchise costs?
The franchise fee is £14,999, with a royalty fee of 5% and a marketing fee of 2% of monthly sales. Shop fit-out is approximately £120,000–£150,000, separate from the franchise fee. The indicative shop size is 800–1,200 sq ft. Final costs, scope and tax treatment are confirmed in your proposal; other formats and international locations are discussed individually.
How long does shop fitting take?
Allow approximately three months for fit-out once the premises and approvals are ready. This is the fitting period; finding a property and agreeing terms take place beforehand.
